⚠️ Primary renter at least 25 years old. ⚠️ NO PETS ALLOWED *** **Since this is our personal vacation home and we use it often, we ask no pets, since our littles are asthmatic and highly allergic. We ask you to please respect our children's health. ⚠️ $20 early/late check-in and check-out fee charged hourly ***sometimes we may be able to accommodate an early/late checkout upon request depending on availability. The following rules are from the community. ⚠️ $1000 Fine if any fireworks are used ⚠️ $500 fine if quiet hours rules are broken ⚠️ Any extra fees are non-refundable. ⚠️ The fire place in the living room is electric; however we do ask that you turn it off at night or when you leave the home. ⚠️ Propane is available for grills and/or fire pits, upon request, there is a fee of $10 per day or $50 for a week. Just 3-min walking distance to the Boulder View Tavern & Boulder Lake Club recreation area, lake beach shoreline. (You’ll find pool, Lake and Marina access. Recreation area includes: canoe rentals, paddle board rentals, Pontoon Rentals, picnic tables, Tennis, oversized gaming and corn hole) Also a 3-min drive to Big Boulder Ski Mountain or 15-min drive to Jack Frost mountain ski lodges, with short 7 min drives to Lake Harmony water sports, tons of food options like Nick's Lake House, Louie’s Prime Steakhouse and many more. There are also two mini marts located 7-mins driving distance from the house. This is great for basic essentials, groceries, and even some food for the go!

Guest Access

* Guests have access to our entire home and wrapped patio * Guests are given their own code for the property on a per reservation basis to enter into our home * During the Big Boulder Lake season, you have 6 Complimentary passes to the Boulder Lake Club. Full use for all the amenities including pool, beach & lake access. 2 Additional passes may be purchased for $25 per day per pass. Rentals for watercraft available. For more information please feel free to checkout boulderlakeclub. com Seasonal lake Club Amenities include: Picnic tables, tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball, ping pong, pontoon, kayak & watersport rentals. Official Season Opening: Memorial Day weekend – May 24, 2025 Season Closing: After Labor Day, club is open weekends only through the month of September.
